So much crazy news…Muslim plots to destroy several cities in America this past week, thousands of Muslims marching the streets of Washington D.C. the next day, Revelations of Iran’s secret second nuclear facility…Obama cancelling travel plans for Kenyon leaders that wanted to come here….Incest in the Mommas and Papas family…murders all over the place….more corruption in high places…the ninety minute ravings of Gadhafi…so much heavy stuff that your scribe will retreat to MilesTones where things are a little lighter. I suppose this morning’s news could be, “All The Nudes That’s Fit To Print.” According the the German paper, The Local, the country’s first route for hiking naked could soon open in the hilly Harz region. Also, a taxi driver forced a man to enter the Munich Airport naked after a fare dispute.

There is no sweeter music in the world than that of a child…of young people praying. Such were the exquisite sounds that filled the air throughout the Oakley, California neighborhood this morning as Trinity Christian School, at Mountain View Christian Center took part in the world wide, “See You At The Pole,” event where students asked God’s help and blessings upon their school, the community and America.

This notice of a talent show broke this morning in, “Cross Currents,”. news of the San Joaquin Yacht Club (Bethel Island,CA). “The Doo Wop Talent Show will take place on Saturday, October 17th, with dinner at 6:30 PM with show at 8—cost,$15.00 a person.” Then a final notice: “Singers, Dancers, Musicians, Comedians: We are still looking for acts! No Talent Needed!” With those expectations, many of the performers will no doubt become stars. And you will never guess what happened in Times Square a couple of days ago!
