A news alert just arrived from our Spokane, Washington contributor, Richard Lee, a pastor and rising radio talk show host, informing us of the death of Rev. Richard Dortch whom we both knew for many years. My acquaintance with Dortch began when I was an evangelist and he was the Illinois Superintendent for The Assemblies of God (AG) duirng 1970 to 1983. He also served as the Executive Presbyter for AG from 1971-1985 and I would later work with him when he took the helm for Jim Bakker’s PTL Club, where I was a regular guest.
(Antioch, California 6/16/11.) We were alerted early this morning by Executive Research Associate, Helen Trautman of Results Unlimited in Pittsburgh, that Congressman Anthony Weiner will resign his seat today, after much resistance and defiance. So much pressure arose from his pants descending that there were demands from both sides of the aisle that he had no other choice but to buckle up and leave. And he did today. At the same time, I found this column just penned by Jerry Newcombe who has a radio program out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida which is the best Christian-political essay on this scandal yet publshed. (Berkeley, California 6/15/11) It is with great sadness that your Blog Host reports the death of beloved chaplain, Staff Sergeant Linda Maxwell, who passed away yesterday, Tuesday, June 14th at 9 AM at Alta Bates Medical Center in Berkeley. She was in her late 50’s with a daughter and granddaughter. She had been in ill health for several months, yet continued to pursue her work and training as a chaplain.

Through this website and syndicated column, the writer repeatedly warns of the encroachment of Socialism/Communism determined to rule our country. One way to reach that goal is to take advantage of every opportunity to destroy Christianity and the church itself. The efforts are in full swing in The United States of America, under Communist leadership such as the ACLU, while Christians continue to drive while falling asleep at the wheel. That is what England and most of Europe has done, And those same results, with more to come, are already on the march to bring total Communist rule to America and for the world itself via a yellow brick road being polished by the current adminstration.This sobering account, reported by popular Florida Radio Host, Jerry Newcombe, now stepping up to the keyboard, shows what is coming to America if Christians refuse to stand firm. Is it men in general who suffer sexual abstinence anxieties (SAA)? Or does the disease especially target politicians? The answer seems to be both. MilesTones conducted a purely irrational survey and found that 11 out of 10 men acknowledge a Weiner Problem, named for Congressman Anthony Wiener (D-NY).
